Anthony Gaughan was my gt grandad m Letitia Walsh 25 11 1875 in Attymass, he was the son of Thomas Gaughan and Honora Walsh b 1820's his Grandad being Anthony Gaughan of Ballycong. Their daughter Nora b 1 1 1876 stayed in Mayo died 25 11 1951 Castlebar. The rest of the family moved to Widnes, Lancs.,Family lived in Treanoughter, Ardrass and Carrowkeribla. Brothers known, Michael, Peter, Patrick and Thomas. Peter went to England, Thomas to Philadelphia. Sisters known Nora and Mary.
