Born 1769, in Sligo. Married Catherine (presumably in Sligo, her maiden name, place and date of birth unknown.) Fathered William in 1800, Robert in 1809 and Susan in 1818. All emigrated in about 1825, settling in Hudson Falls, New York (Brackenridge, Catherine and eldest son William) and Whitehall, New York (Robert and youngest sibling Susan, married name Munro.) Most likely Methodists (William for sure.) All married American-born spouses except for Robert's second wife, Mary Clancy, a Roman Catholic, from Canada, born 1830.
