His 4th great grandfather was in one of the two Quaker settlements in NI. The will was signed by George Fox. His sister was my great great grandmother who moved to the village of Flatlands, now part of Brooklyn. She is buried in the Flatlands Dutch Reform church cemetery, a church established by Peter Stuyvesant in 1654.

William and two of his brothers moved to Australia. We have all lived in country NSW for many generations.
