Did Mary have a sister Catherine. My great great grandmother Catherine Walsh her husband was Michael Keane. I found his records but not hers. I know they lived in Whitechurch on and off for a few years. I loved to hear from you best regards Toni

Mary did have a sister Catherine. They were born in Tinniscart, union: Dungarvan, district: Whitechurch. Catherine married a John Sullivan and they lived in Boston, Mass.
I know it gets difficult trying to find ancestors, as i'm at a brick wall right now trying to track down my Great Grandfather's family John Hally who married Mary Walsh. In the same area there were like 16 John Hally's born in a span of years near the year he was born. And you can't go by his birth date he gave because some immigrants changed them (according to the people at Ireland Reaching Out) on census. So unless I can find his Parents it's going to be difficult.
Someone told me that the Walsh's , Hally's, Fenton's and Cotter's shared an area/farm. So they could have had relatives all around Whitechurch. I'm hoping because i'd like to find records to put some of this puzzle together.
If your Catherine was from that area there could be a possibilty that there may be a connection somewhere like a Walsh cousin or another relative, it gets frustrating...but interesting at the same time.
If I find anything i'll let you know.
