Think this might be the farmyard belong to the Cliffe estate, which would have been about 1.5km from the main house. the farmyard is still there.
The estate is on the banks of the river slaney near the village of Ballyhogue.

Perhaps c1915. My grandfather John Carstairs (Steward), wife Bridget ( nee Kavanagh ) 2 dairymaids ( ?remember one being Bid Hayes). Little boy is cousin Larney. I have a few more family photos and copies of a survey of the Estate with details of houses, etc and owners or occupiers.
