In the 1911 census of Ireland--the most recent census available to researchers--there were 409 people named Spillane/O'Spillane (source: rootsireland.ie).
You would need a lot more information in order to discover relatives.
Any idea what county your Spillane ancestor was from? His/her name? Spouse? Children? Birth year?
