Hello my father and I are tracing our ancestors and we are hoping to see what we can trace to Mulinahone. My parents would like explore the locality and see what they can learn in February and I’m hoping someone might point me towards people that be willing to act as a guide with insights into the history of the town.

  • When did the Mullaney leave Ireland and where did they go to?
    Their Christian name would help.
    Approx year of birth. 
    Any other names you have.
    All depends on the above where to look as you need to do as much back ground work before you arrive.

    As an example the earliest Mullaney I found was a James just a bit north of Mullinahone.  Only one listed there.

    This is where it is......next to County Kilkenny.
