Going by the birth date you gave this is what I found.
Page 108, Microfilm 02479 / 01, Moneygall, Killaloe - Catholic Parish Registers at the NLI

Her parents Malack Quinlan and Mary Dillon.
She is a twin to Margaret.
Ballinakill is the townland.
Ballynakill Townland, Co. Offaly (townlands.ie)

There is a William Quinlan there in 1835.  This is in the Tithe records.

Just came back from a stay in Offaly.  I recommend a visit to the small town of Geashall--Battle of Geashall sculptures and park; Glebe Walk; the "town square."  Also, a walk along the Grand Canal in Tullamore and a visit to Tullamore town.  Enjoy.

Do either of you know if the Cullenwaine Cemetery is open to the public? 

How are in advance do I need to fill out a form that I will be visiting and hopefully someone can help me make contact with the PP of Moneygall so I can see the inside of the church?

HI, I was given some great information above and appreciate it. Does anyone know if the Cullenwaine Cemetery is open to the public? There were so many Quinlans in the area, I feel there may have been some ancestors buried here. Oral family stories said that we had some Quinlan Priest. I wonder if any are buried here. I am gathering info for our trip in Sept.
