Attached is the death record for Peter Kelly. On the paid site Roots Ireland, there is a birth record for Honor Dunne - born 1 Sept 1829, Stradbally, parents are Martin Dunne & Margaret. I did not see any more children born to this couple on RI.

There are two births records on RI for Peter Kelly in the RC parish of Stradbally, Kildare & Leighlin diocese.

Peter Kelly 1 May 1822, parents Patt Kelly and Betty, no surname, Stradbally

Peter Kelly 1 Jun 1825, parents Mark Kelly and Mary, no surname, Stradbally.

Then on Ancestry, there are these records transcribed from the Catholic Parish registers...

Peter Kelly 19 Oct 1828, parents John Kelly & Catherine Delany, Athy, Dublin diocese.

Peter Malachy Kelly 7 Nov 1829, Athy, parents John Kelly & Margaret Keating, Athy, Dublin Diocese.

Peter Kelly 30 Jun 1825, Mack Kelly & Mary Kelly, Stradbally, Kildare & Leighlin diocese.....I think this last one is a repeat of the first one with maybe some transcription errors.

I'd say that the two with the father's name John are your best bet; however, if Honor was from the RC parish of Stradbally, and that is where their son was born, I would assume that Peter was from there too. The RC parishes of Athy and Stradbally are separated by the RC parish of Ballyadams. In the early nineteenth century, couples usually met and married in close geographic proximity. Do you know if John had any children, and what he named them? This might give you some clues to Peter's parents'names.

I will have to try and find a marriage certificate for Peter Kelly and Honor Dunne as that I might list his father’s name. 
I have not come across any Mack\Mark in the family tree at the moment. I have a few Peter and John.

I forgot to mention that I did look for their marriage record in both Athy & Stradbally....no luck. For others' records in that time period, no parents names were listed, so this might be a dead end. Attached is Honora's death record - she died a few months after Peter.
