My grandmother, Mary "May" Frances Mahony was born 24 Oct 1884 in Camp, County Kerry to Edmund Mahony and Mary Hogan. She appears to have been one of 9 children. They appear to have lived in Castleisland around 1901.
My wife's great great grandfather was Thomas Gorman born in 1839 in Limerick. He married Mary Brophy and sired at least 6 children including Thomas, her immigrant great grandfather
We'd love to find out more about our ancestors and their descendents during our visit next March. Advice on where to inquire would be most welcome.

If you have not done so already, please complete this form regarding your trip to Ireland next March https://irelandxo.com/meet-and-greet
I searched the subscription site Roots Ireland looking for the marriage record of Thomas Gorman and Mary Brophy but did not find a record. I also looked for baptismal/birth records of their children with no success. Is it possible that Mary's name was not Brophy? Do you know when Thomas (great-grandfather) was born?
I will send your message to our Castleisland volunteer who can help you with the family of May Mahoney.
