Gaffney Ballymore Meath and Armagh

Rev Disney's Wikipedia tree says he was a curate in Armagh (city) 1834-1844, so the marriage probably took place in the cathedral. You could check ArmaghChurch of Ireland cathedral's marriage records in PRONI. Plus they may be on rootsireland or other subscription sites.

PRONI's church records are not on-line. You have to go in person to look them up (or get a researcher to do that for you). Not all Irish records are on-line, especially Protestant ones, and so sometimes it's necessary to research in person to trace your family. This looks like one of those cases.
