Lally/Kane

Per RootsIreland- I did not find Mary Ann but there was a Martin Lally born in Sept.1881 to Michael Laffy and Mary Cain at the workhouse in Tuam, Galway.

In 1867 there was a Bridget Lally born in Cong, Ballinrobe, Mayo in the workhouse to Michael Laffy and Mary Cain. In 1875, there was a Honor Lally born to Michael and Mary in Ballinrobe, Mayo. 1875 is the same year as your Mary Anne so probably not her sister.

Was Mary Anne Catholic or Church of Ireland?

There are several trees on Ancestry with a Mary Ann Lally married to Sydney Hinde. Is this your Mary Ann? They suggest she was born in Ballinasloe, Galway. They don't include parents' names.
