There are trees on Ancestry which say Samuel William Ford died in Rhode Island in 1885. Others have him dying in Dundee Scotland in 1890. Both show his father as John Ford and at least 1 records a brother Frazer Forde (1829 – 1971) as born in Richhill, Co Armagh.

Marriage here for Frazer Forde in 1869 (widower). He lived in Poyntzpass at the time of his marriage:

He died in 1871, and was an Innkeeper in Richhill, Co Armagh. Father's name was John Forde, farmer, which fits with the Ancestry trees.

To find Samuel’s birth you would need to search church records, and to do that you would need to know his precise denomination. Do you know that? It would probably also involve searching  the records in PRONI in Belfast.

Thank you there is no death records for Samuel Ford and Ann Robertson in the uk for them the census records l have all state they are from Ireland but doesn’t say where in Ireland they are from and no parents names for them l did find a record off their daughters marriage in providence in the states list Samuel and Ann from Ireland and occupation traveller other than that haven’t got any more information on them kind regards Lynn.

There are Ancestry tree owners who appear to have information suggesting the family originate around Richhill in Co Armagh. You might want to contact them to see what their sources are. And you could search the relevant church baptism records around Richhill in PRONI (the records you need are most likely not on-line).
