Patrick Foley and Bridget Gannon (daughter of Margret Mannion and Patrick Gannon both Galway) emigrated to Portland in 1891. I'm looking for Patrick Foleys father and Mother. American death certificate says Christian Foley but I've hit a wall. I'm visiting 3-25 -4-1 and would love to explore my Foley /Folan /Gannon and Mulkerrin heritage.
Thank you.

Hi,
This could be a coincidence, but I found a Patrick Foley and Bridget Gannon who were Irish emigrants, emigrating two years apart, and marrying as follows:
10 Aug 1891 • Portland, Cumberland, Maine, USA
It looks like they later moved to Chicago.
If you could provide more info about your ancestors--birth years, children's names, occupation, date of death, it would be helpful.
