Hi, I am trying to locate ‘my parish’
My Grandmothers name was Ellen Holland and she lived in Ballinacurra, Midleton, Cork basically that is all I know.
We are coming over in April and would love some help in finding out some information on my family, if possible.
Thank you
Angela

On the 1911 census there is a child Ellen listed as aged 9 years at an address at Ballinacurra, Cork. This is a possible as I do not know the dates or family links.

Angela:
The civil parish is Midleton. Eileen provided the 1911 census record for the family. Here is the 1901 census http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Cork/Cloyne/Ballinacurra_Town/1133533/
See fourth record for parent's marriage record.
fifth record for Ellen's birth record https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/birth_returns/births_1901/01940/1750389.pdf

Why not send a message to the Midleton Ballinacurra Area Heritage Facebook page? The locals may know if there are Hollands around. Good luck.

Thank you so much to everyone that has replied. It is really interesting
that the national census for 1911 contains the whole family. Just need to try to follow this up now for more information.
Is there any chance of finding house 72 in Ballinacurra?
Thank you
Angela
