My G G Grandmother was  tried in Kerry, Ireland on 3rd August 1825, or maybe 5th August, for stealing money and received a seven year sentance.  She had no prior convictions.  To clarify, her name was Mary Sullivan and born in 1808, give or take..  Following her conviction May was transported to Australia aboard the 'Brother' departin October 3, 1826, arriving on February 2, 1827.

Her father was John Sullivan and her mother was Hannah Cunningham.

I am trying to find her court records or any other information available.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.
