I had thought that Carn and Tullinahoo were townlands in the parish of Brackloon, but this doesn't seem to be so.
Any advice would be welcome.

    It looks as though Carn and Tullynahoo adjoin one another, to the southeast of Swinford town, with Brackloon being not far to the west of those other two.

    You didn't mention whether the ancestors for whom you're looking were Catholic, but if so then you can find the parish registers for the parish of Swineford (in which Kilconduff is located) online at this link, going back to the early 1800's (with some gaps):
