I am seeking information about Patrick Morris b. 1831 or 1833 or 1834 in Co. Galway and his bride Anna Boyle b. 1836 or 1837 Co. Galway. (Conflicting information on their birth years.). I believe they emigrated separately to U.S. in 1851, married in New York in 1854, and died in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. I am looking for information about their birthplaces, parents and lineage, etc. I know this info is sketchy; can anyone help? UPDATE: I believe Patrick Morris' parents were Michael Morris and Mary Monks. I seek more information about them, as well as the aforementioned Anna Boyle.

Hello Gerard. I must have presumed one step too far. The Patrick Morris I am researching came to the US in 1851; his naturalization record clearly shows his birth in Galway (county or city?). In 1854 he married Ann Boyle, also of Galway, in Milford, Massachusetts; the marriage record names his father as Michael Morris. When I found a birth record naming Mary Monks, I made an apparently false connection.
If you can provide any information that does fit we would be very appreciative. Thank you.
