On my research for Thomas and Ann Reilly (which on the 1841 census was spelt Reilley) member of family absent from the house on the night of census was a son John Reilly B1813 who they have listed as being in the police at Galway and was wondering if anyone may have connection to him.
I came across A John Reilly (married) who died 26th June 1888 at Montpelier Terrace age 73 years (makes birth abt 1815) who was a Pensioner of the Royal Constabulary. Informant was Mary Reilly daughter of the deceased and present at his death - is this him? trying to locate any family members
