Catherine Doherty was baptized to Edmond Doherty and Catherine Brien of Ayle, Cappawhite on 22/01/1853.

Thomas Ryan was baptized to Pelagio (Morgan) Ryan and Margaret Duggan, Seskin, Sologhead on 15/09/1853.

They were married in Cappawhite on 18/02/1874.

I've recently researched the Ryan family from Seskin and uncovered a fair amount that no one else seems to have on Ancestry. 
Morgan's son Lawrence Ryan married Margaret Ryan; they are second cousins. I'm related to this family, so I've been trying to go right up the tree and hopefully a common ancestor between Lawrence Ryan, Margaret Ryan and my ancestors.

18 Feb 1844 Morgan Ryan married Margaret Duggan in Solohead:

-24 May 1846 Michael Ryan from Seskin.
-30 Jul 1846 Joannes Ryan from Seskin.
-11 Nov 1849 Ann Ryan from Seskin.
-11 Nov 1849 Mary Ryan from Seskin.
-11 Dec 1850 Lawrence Ryan from Seskin.
-15 Sep 1853 Thomas Ryan from Seskin.
-13 Mar 1858 Winnifred Ryan from Seskin.
-08 Feb 1861 Bridget Ryan from Seskin.
 

There is some oddness about the family, which I'm not sure how to fit all the pieces together. Joannes is baptised two months after Micheal. I thought maybe Joannes was a twin that was baptised late but now I'm wondering if he was adopted. 

Margaret Duggan parents seem to be Lawrence Duggan and Catherine Ryan from Cauteen, and other townlands that are right are beside Seskin. It doesn't quite follow Irish naming rules; it seems like Joannes was skipped (which is why I thought he was adopted). There is also no Catherine child, but I wonder if is a missing child between 1846 and1849.

I found a possible match for Morgan Ryan's parents - Michael Ryan and Anne/Anna Carey/Carew from Cappawhite. It follows naming rules, but I don't have any other evidence to confirm. 

Does anyone have any information on this family to fill the gaps? 

My great great grandmother was Margaret Smyth born Ryan in 1837 at Seskin, Tipperary.  Information on her brother John's death certificate in Queensland, Australia records their parents as being Michael Ryan and Ann Carey.  The informant for the Queensland certificate was Margaret Smyth nee Ryan.  Information on her Victorian, Australia, marriage certificate in 1859, also gives parents names as Michael Ryan and Ann Kerry  - possibly misspelling of Carey.   Information on Margaret's death certificate in Victoria in 1918 records the father's name as Morgan Ryan and mother as Mary Ryan former name not known.  Informant for this certificate was her youngest son, Philip Smyth.    Margaret emigrated to Melbourne, Aust arriving in 1857 - 4 years after her brother, John Ryan.  Death Notice in 'The Age' newspaper - Melb dated 16 Aug 1884, for John Ryan records his death at Normanton, Queensland on the 20th June and that her was a native of Solohod, Tipperary, Ireland and was aged 48 years.
