Every year I get a Christmas card from Mary Burke who retired to Mayo and is probably now in her late 70s or 80s. She was originally from Louisburgh but lived for many years in Manchester. I cant reply, as she has not put a return address. She worked in the kitchen at Mauldeth Rd Primary School and I would be so grateful if anyone could help me to get in touch with her

Hello Andrew, the site does not search for livinb people, usually about 100 years or so. However there are a number of Facebook pages dealing with Genealogy and Mayo has its share, they are private but apply to join, one is Mayo Genealogy but I am sure there are more and will be followed by others locally, you could try the local newspapers with a letter to the editor, the Western People or Mayo news.
