The births and marriage are all long before the start of statutory registration in Ireland (1864). So you won’t find a birth or marriage certificate. The usual place to search is church records. If you don’t know where they lived that can be a wide search. However the 1831 census for Co. Derry survives and looking at it there were only a small number of places with the 2 names you are interested in. Unfortunately only heads of household were listed plus the number and sexes of people living with them, so Thomas and Sarah won’t be named in it themselves. However it narrows your search a bit:
McNally: Carnabane (Parish of Banagher), Moneyhaw (Arboe), Killybearn Derryloran), Ardkill (Glendermot/Clondermott).
McManeman (and variant spellings): Killewill (Faughanvale), Ballinasallagh (Templemore) Butcher St, Derry (Templemore) & Donnybrewer (Faughanvale).
