Welcome to Ireland Reaching Out!
Below is the civil marriage record from 1886 and the names of the fathers of the bride and groom are listed. The record is the second on the page. I would also look at the first record. It appears to be for Michael Lynagh's sister. The Lynaghs were from Ballytrasna townland in Kilmolara civil parish which is just south of Ballinrobe civil parish.
Here is the civil birth record for Patrick showing February 19, 1889 as he birth date. I think his parents registered his birth eight months late because the baptismal record was on June 28, 1888 and that record indicates his date of birth was June 26, 1888. https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/birth_returns/births_1889/02470/1917094.pdf
Patrick had the following siblings: John 1887 Mary 1890 Honor 1892 Michael 1894 Catherine 1896 Thomas 1899 James 1901
Here is the 1901 census which includes Michael's mother Honor http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Mayo/Neale/Ballytrasna/1576170/
1911 census http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Mayo/Neale/Ballytrasna/703956/
Let me know what questions you have.

Thank You Roger. I appreciate all your information. Do you have any info the the family Prior to Michael Lynagh besides fathers name Pat Lynagh. I recently had a chance to go to the cemetery where Michael and Briget are buried. there were no dates and no other family members that I know there except his son John and his wife. My grandfather Patrick (1888) came to the states when he was about 18. Trying to search my ancestors. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

Kathy:
From what I can see, the RC parish for the Lynaghs would have been Cong and the Neale. Unfortunately, records for that parish start in 1870. Wheich cemetery did you locate Michael and Bridget.
