In the meantime, you might check the following websites which you may find useful:

The 1901 & 1911 Census returns may be helpful if any of the family remained in the area.  In addition, you might also look at Griffith's Valuation (Primary Valuation of Ireland) in order to see where your ancestors lived and how much land/buildings they occupied.  Griffith's covers the mid-19th century.
