Hi, My 2 x great grandfather was baptised in Carrick On Suir in 1792. I realise St Nicholas was the Roman Catholic from approximately 1805, but would this have been the site of the Roman Catholic Church in 1792? I'd like to visit in a few weeks. Kerry

It is very likely that the newer church was build on the site of the old church in 1805, even the church build in 1805 has been replaced in 1874 on the same site
