My great-grandmother, Mary Hayden, was born in Clonboo, Tipperary, 14 June 1862. On her baptismal certificate, it lists parents Daniel Hayden and Judith Bergin (she was known as Johanna). Daniel and Johanna were married 26 Jan 1859, in Templemore Parish, Tipperary. This is all I can prove about Daniel and Johanna, and would like to know more. Johanna's possible line is tricky, I will address that in another post, but here's a possible line for Daniel, which I am trying to prove or disprove.
In Griffiths Valuation, Daniel does not appear, but he may not have had property of his own yet, as he was not married. There is an interesting entry for a Martin Hayden in Nenagh, and since firstborns were often named for their grandfathers, I found it interesting that Daniel's firstborn son was also Martin. There are other Haydens in Nenagh at the time, but the forenames do not match any of Daniel's sons. This may not mean anything, but I wanted to note it.
Martin's info was: county Tipperary, barony of Upper Ormond, union of Nenagh, parish of Lisbunny, townland/place name Ballynalick. It is also worth mentioning that Martin rented land in this same place to a Thomas Hayden, likely a son. Martin rented from Thomas Hackett.
There was a Martin Hayden, aged 60, died 30 Nov 1868 in Kilcooley, Tipperary. The informant was Daniel Hayden, address Grangecrag (where Martin also lived). Martin was listed as married and died of gangrene.
As you can see, I am suspecting Martin was Daniel's father, but I have no proof--and I may be wrong. There is a Daniel Hayden, son of Thomas Hayden, born in Templemore, Diocese of Cashel and Emly, Tipperary, in 1829. Wondering if this Thomas is the Thomas above, who rented from Martin.
So I have no real leads, just some possibilities, but I don't know where to go from here.

Welcome to Ireland Reaching Out and apologies for the delay in getting back to you.
Have you had a look through the NLI records online to see if there is any record of a baptism for Daniel? Records for the Diocesse of Cashel and Emly are accessible on rootsireland.ie
It might be a painstaking effort but as you know an approximate year of birth it would be a good place to start. You can use the index to the NLI records on Find My Past or Ancestry either if you have an account.
Without that info on his father's first name anything else is guess work and cannot be deemed 100% accurate I'm afraid.
Let us know if you learn anything new
Best wishes
