Galway, Ireland. Patrick Kelly, B: 21 Nov 1864 Rocklawn, Galway. James Kelley, B: 13 Apr 1867, Claregalway, Galway.

My bloodline is from Thomas Kelley/Kelly, father of Mark Kelley, father of John Francis Kelley, father of Robert E "Buddy" Kelley, father of David C Kelley, father of me, adopted outside of family at birth.

The Claregalway RC records start in 1849 (any earlier records are not available). So we will not be able to find info on Thomas Kelley (baptismal/marriage records) since those events predate 1849.
The 1856 Griffiths valuation head of household listing does not list a Thomas Kelly/Kelley so either he was deceased by then or the holding he was leasing was too small to be shown on the Griffiths.
