My G-Grandmother Susan Mowen emigrated to the US in 1876. Her parents were John Moan and Rose or Mary McAloon. Susan had a sister Elizabeth, and a brother Michael. She possibly had another brother named John (his grave marker in US says he was a native of Donagh, Fermanach). Have not been able to confirm Susan's birth in Ireland. Can anyone help :)

Galloon RC records start in 1853. You can have a look at them for the baptisms, assuming they were after 1853. The records are in Latin so a little patience will be required to go through them. (John will be Ioannes etc). The RC parish records are on-line free on the National Library site:
