O'Sullivan, Francis Patrick (Father) Patrick Francis (Son)

Francis Patrick O'Sullivan and Elizabeth Dillon had a son Patrick Francis born about January 1852, Athlone, Westmeath, Ireland. My question is was the father the same Francis Patrick who married Anne Eagan 12 May 1858 in Athlone Ireland, and with their daughter Mary, immigrated from Liverpool England 16 Octpber 1863 arriving Melbourne Australia 16 December 1863, settling in Albury New South Wales. "Find my Past PROV, VPRS 7666,  Inward Overseas Passenger Lists (British Ports) [Microfiche Copy of VPRS 947]"

A Francis Patrick was presented with purse of sovereigns, twenty, (Suggested to be from minutes of Masonic Lodge)  on occasion of his emigrating to Australia (101 minutes, 10 Oct 1863). "The Dictionary of Athlone Biography, Francis Patrick O'Sullivan", Athlone Library, Athlone

Patrick Francis O'Sullivan, alone at age 12 immigrated to Australia, arriving 19 July 1865, (almost two years later) "Find my Past VPRS 7666; Series Title: Inward Overseas Passenger Lists (British Ports) [Microfiche Copy of VPRS 947]". after a period in Melbourne Victoria, he also settled in Albury, New South Wales.

I am of the firm belief that Francis is the father of Patrick however I cannot find any evidence to substantiate this assumption.

One newspaper report states Patrick gave evidence that "I received a telegram from you last Saturday to go to you, but that was after my father had been to Wagga." This is the only evidence of his father lived in the Albury region. https://trove.nla.gov.au 12 Jul 1883

Both Francis and Patrick died and were buried in the Pioneer cemetery at Albury New South Wales (not next to or close to one another) "NSW Death Ref. No. 1891/2357" "NSW Death Registration Transcription Refernce Number: 1907/3847

There is no evidence of Elizabeth Dillon's demise. One possibiliy is a death in Dublin South about Mar 1906 "citing Dublin South, Jan - Mar 1906, vol. 2, p. 506,"

Father / Son Relationship!!! Francis Patrick O'Sullivan (Father) and Patrick Francis O'Sullivan (Son) both born Athlone Ireland and both died in Albury New South Wales Australia

Listed below are a number of scenarios that raise more questions than answers for Patrick Francis O'Sullivan. 

1. His Death Certificate 1907/3846: died 25 Jun 1907 age 58 suggests DOB 1849, No reference to father
2. Birth Cert 1884/012088 of son William 14 July 1884, age 28 suggests DOB 1856  
3. Birth cert (Vic) 6669/1888 of daughter  Bessie 11 Feb 1888 age 34 suggests DOB 1854
4. Arrival in NSW, Death Certificate 1907/3846 suggests 1865, (42 yrs in NSW)
5. DOB 1 1856. puts him at age 9. when arrived in NSW 1865. 
6. DOB 2 1854. puts him at age 11. when arrived in NSW. 1865
7. New entry 15 Apr 2011 of birth 17 Jan 1852 in Irishtown, Athlone in Ireland would be 
    best evidence yet. but does not corrospond with time in NSW at death 1907 or Obituary
8. Court appearence at Albury, Patrick refers to his fathers visit to him in Wagga  
    Wagga
9. Death notice  in Albury Daily News, states he settled in Albury a few years after 
     arrival
