Dear John
Welcome to Ireland Reaching Out!
Do you have anything more specific to go on as it's a bit of a jump from the 1830s to present day descendants.
This link will give you an idea of the spread of the name in the 19th Century, for example:

Dear John
I see on Roots Ireland there are baptism records for the girls you mention above, except that Mary is actually Marian, baptised in 1847. The family lived in the townland of Friskill, Granard, Longford.
I couldn't find any marriage for any McGurk with parents John and Roseann. Marriage records begin quit early in Granard so this is strange and means that either they married elsewhere, didn't marry at all or emigrated. Is your focus on Co. Monaghan based only on the Census or do you have another reason for thinking Monaghan is connected?
Best wishes

John,
I see a Matthew McGuirk & a John McGuirk recorded at Ferskill (Granard Parish, County Longford) in my book containing an index of Griffith's Primary Valuation of County Longford. John McGuirk is probably the man who married Roseann Wynne.
There's no metion of any McGuirks/McGurks at Ferskill Townland at the time of the 1901 / 1911 Census records.
Fracis is a Male Christian name and presumably you are descended from him.
All the Best,
David Leahy
