I have John (Jackie) Hynes abt 1836 and his wife Margaret Keane/Cain abt 1810. I belive their deaths were 1902 and 1916 respectively. Could anyone ponit me in any direction to go back further. I do have possible John Hynes abt 1795 and Mary abt 1807 but am really not sure, he would have been 51 when his son was born and 22 years older than his wife, possible I know with early deaths and remarriages. Thankyou

Welcome to Ireland Reaching Out!
Is this your family in the 1901 and 1911 censuses living in Barnahesker? Looks like John and Margaret were married in 1870. See third link below. The fourth link has a transcription of the civil marriage. They were living in Esker townland and the fathers were John Hynes and Thomas Kane. The fifth link has the parish register for the RC church in Aghamore. Records are from 1864-1880. You may find some of the baptismal records for their children.
