I am searching for  birth records for Francis Flanagan born 1897.

At age 3, he perhaps stayed with an uncle  John Francis Raden/Rosen found in Irish census of 1901.

I think his mother is Mary Flanagan who waited for him to arrive in Philadelphiaa off the ship Friesland in 1907. He was accompanied with a Hannah Flanagan who does not appear to be a sibling.

I believe Mary was a widow.  So I also would like his deceased father's name.  I believe his oldest brother was Patrick.  I know that his son Matthew George was a practicing Catholic in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Francis (Frank) Flanagan married Elizabeth Dunigan born in Philadelphia, PA.  Her parents were born in Ireland.

I was married to Patrick Michael Flanagan deceased 2002,  son of Matthew George Flanagan deceased 1964.  Our 2 sons Michael and Kevin Flanagan do not know any Flanagan relatives.  Please help them connect with blood relatives anywhere!

Thank you for any clues.  Sylvia Flanagan Dowd

I looked at Roots Ireland and Find My Past and could not locate an 1897 baptismal or birth record for a Francis (Frank) Flanagan in Co. Mayo. I checked other years close to 1897 also.

You mention "At age 3, he perhaps stayed with an uncle  John Francis Raden/Rosen found in Irish census of 1901." Do you have a link to the censius record?

    Thanks.
