I am Trying to trace my Granaunt Bridget Walsh born 1894, daughter of Michael and Cathrine Walsh, Askillaun, i think her married name was Boyle, i also beleave she had a daughter called nellie, who married john Boland from prebaun attymachugh i am hopeing someone can help me in this quest.

    I assume you have the 1901 and 1911 census records for the Walsh family. The only other info I can find is a possible civil marriage index record. Killasser parish is in the Swineford registration district. The only Bridget Walsh marriage in the Swineford registration district where a Boyle may be a spouse is a 1920 marriage where one of the possible spouses was a James Boyle. You can get a copy of this record from the General Register Office in Roscommon town or in Dublin.
