I'm wondering if a photo of a former head constable in Claremorris might exist anywhere. James Kennedy was Head Constable in Claremorris from 1878-1881 when he retired. He then lived in Claremorris until his death in 1911. We have one photo of him, but I'm wondering if there might be one in uniform or later in life. I know the barraks is still there in Claremorris, but I don't know if any of this information survived. I'm attaching his photo the only photo we have.
