The Towey"s are from Aughadeffin, Kilimovee, Mayo.
Anthony Towey , son of John most probably is the only surviving
during my last visit ,@ 1975, He resided on the family property with his Father John
any help is appreciated..

Unfortunately we do not yet have a volunteer in Kilmovee and are restricted by data protection and privacy concerns from giving details about living persons without their consent. However, if you go to rootsireland.ie or familysearch.org you will be able to search the baptism and marriage records available for Towey family members. Another website, irishgenealogy.ie has also recently released the civil record index for births and marriages from 1864. You can access this site for free here:
