I had a quick look at www.rootsireland.ie but could not see a marriage record for John and Mary Anne. However there are 5 baptism records for children of a John Cunningham and a Mary Anne Dickson in Co. Down:

Patrick, 1785

James, 1787

Edward, 1789

Robert, 1792

Samuel Donnan, 1794

The only marriage I could see for an Edward Cunningham and a Burns wife was in Co Antrim in 1896. Give the rarity of this combination of names, I think they may have some connection to your family.

There are also 2 baptism records for children born to an Edward and Isabella:

Elizabeth, 1813, Co. Down

Matilda, 1814, Co. Down

Lastly there are 2 baptism records of an Isabella Burns in 1772.

As this is a subscription site, I am limited in what I can see. I think it would be a good idea though, to have a look and she which are relevant.

mentioned in the reply from Clare Doyle is a marriage between Edward Cunningham and a Burns. I believe this is my Great Grandparents. Her name was Margaret Burns and they were from Maze.

   Thank you so much !  Those are my family !   I do already show that John Cunningham and Mary Anne Dickson did have children Patrick, James, Edward, Robert and Samuel born the years you saw for baptisms for them.   I also do show that Edward Cunningham and Isabella Burns had the children you show named Elizabeth and Matilida.  I show Isabella Burns born around 1793 so I'll check further on that.  I also show Edward and Isabella had my great grandfather James Cunningham on 26 March 1817 in Down Ireland.   He married Susan Barry in Ireland in 1845 and they came to Amercia  around 1855.    Thanks for you help -  :)  I will continue to puruse this.

BTW - (son of John Cunningham & Mary Anne Dickson) who we both show as Patrick born/baptised 1785 - I also show he married a Cath Doyle who was born about 1780.   Although it probably is a very common name, as it is same as yours I thought you might find this of interest.  I show they had son
