I have Mary Butler (b 1845) marrying John Kinirons in Grennanstown church in 1868. Mary was the daughter of Thomas and Catherine (nee Hayes) Butler of Templederry. The couple reared a large family in Toomevara. John died in 1905 and Mary died in 1912. I am looking for any connections or information on Marys parents and where Mary is buried as her name does not appear on the gravestone of her husband in St Cronans in Roscrea. Is there a cemetery in Templederry or at Grennanstown where the family might be buried. Any help appreciated. Liam

Eamon, Thanks for the help. My info is based on the headstone inscriptions - for good or bad! Because of the (a) age and (b) the inaccessibility of many of the graves on the hillside at St Cronans I wonder if there is a case for a photographic record of the gravestones in this cemetery to be made and published online? Does the church have records of burials? Liam
