My grandmother was born on December 1st 1892 in Ullard, Graiguenamagh, Killkenny. Her father was Richard Lanigan(1860-) and Margraet Mahoney (1849-)
Is there any further information on the Lanigan famly in Killkenny?

I could not tell if you had the 1901 and 1911 census records for the family which are below. I looked for civil death index records for Richard in the Thomastown registration district. I found one for 1916 which could be him. There was also another record for a Richard born in 1850 and died in 1924. (Based on the age in the 1911 census I was looking for someone born around 1860). I also looked for a record for Margaret. The best record was a Margaret born in 1858 and died in 1918. Let me know if you want the particulars. You can get copies of these death records from the General Register Office for around 4 euros each. If you plan to get copies, let me know and I will forward instructions.
