I think the place you ancestor came from is also known as Formoyle. Formoyle is an alternative name for the parish of Dunboe, just to the west of Coleraine. There is also a townland of Formoyle/Fermoyle within the parish (609 acres, and with about 10 households in 1862).
Jane was born before that start of birth registration in Ireland (1864) and her parents married before the start of marriage registration (1845 for non RC ceremonies). So you won?t find a birth or marriage cert for the 3 people. You might find the baptism and marriage in church records but I am not sure that they still exist. You don?t say what denomination your family were. I?d guess however they were Presbyterian (indicating Scottish origins, probably in the 1600s).
Looking at the 1901 census for the Dunboe area, I can only see one Paton household ? 2 unmarried sisters, living in Ballywildrick Lower:

And a Patton household in Ballystrone:

If your family were Presbyterian, then they probably attended 1st Dunboe Presbyterian church. Their marriage records do not start till 1845. Baptisms start in 1805 but unfortunately there?s a gap between 1826 & 1843 where the records are lost.
You could try searching Griffiths Valuation for the parish of Dunboe to see if any Paton (and variant) households are listed. The site is down for maintenance at present, but should be back in a week or two:
