Looking for information on Mathew Starr born 1831 tipperary. Who were his parents?

recurrent family names, what occupation, where did he live?
there are Starr's living in the Nenagh area in the 1830s, also Portroe and in some rural areas- looking up www.rootsireland.ie- no Matthew Starr comes up- though this may be because his baptismal records did not get written in- j

On his head stone here,,,it says Mathew Starr 1831 tipperary ireland. The recurrent family name seems to be James. He was married to Mary Garmon(ganon) not to sure on the last name for her.
