Sexton Family from Mayo

Just to clarify, Mary Margaret was baptized at age 23?

I looked at the 1901 census and there were only three Sextons in all of Mayo. None of the names match your information.

I searched www.rootsireland.ie/ for Mary Sexton born in Mayo 1851 without success but searched without her first name and got Margaret born 1852

It costs to view records on rootsireland but the record will have the father's name and the parish

There are 16 Sextons born/baptised 1851 + - 20 yearsin Mayo so you might want to have a look at some of those

You could also look at Sligo records

Bonniconlon is part of Kilgarvan, and that is outside Ballina on the Sligo side.

Up to 1898 the part of Ballina town over the North of the River e.g. Ardnaree, was regarded as being in Sligo.

On this site (a really good one for North Mayo) it has a Sexton Buried outside Ballina
