Newtown Westmeath

There is a church baptism records for Mary O'Brien in Westmeath 1809 on www.rootsireland.ie/

Newtown is not in the list of parishes however. 

I couldn't find Robert Smallhorn; the Smallhorn birth/baptisms in Westmeath on rootsireland are 

Elizabeth 1832 Anne 1834 Joseph 1836 Mary 1838 John1842

In the Tithe Applotments which are free to search there is a James Smallhorn in Newtown Mullingar Westmeath 1833.

Griffiths Valuation also free to search has Michael & James Smallhorn in Mullingar Westmeath 1854

There are no Smallhorns in Westmeath in the Irish Census 1901 or 1911 and none in the current Irish phone book.

The Wilson/Perkins public member tree on ancestry.com has Robert's father as James who died in 1825 but I couldn't find this either.
