I am searching for information pertaining to the following relatives from Tipperary with a strong indication from the parish of Nenagh.
GG Grandfather Patrick Ryan (b 10 Oct 1834) Mother maiden name Mary Dunn (b between 1803-1810) He likely had a brother named John (b 1837-38) Patrick emigrated to the United States in 1853 settling in Prairie du Chien Wisconsin and then Le Roy Minnesota. Partrick joined an uncle in Wisconsin (perhaps either Jeremiah or John Ryan who had emigrated prior to 1853). Patrick died 27 August 1906 in Minneapolis Minnesota.
GG Grandmother Hannah A. Kennedy (b June 1844-45) Mother Sara(h) Cleary (Clary?). Father Jeremiah Kennedy (b September 1817) Two sisters (one named Sara) might have emigrated with her to Chicago Illinois in 1865. While in Nenagh she attended a convent school run by nuns. Her grandfather, father of Jeremiah Kennedy, was an educator. Jeremiah Kennedy emigrated to the United States in 1882 (perhaps after his wife died) and he died September 27, 1901 in Minneapolis Minnesota.

Have you tried looking at church records in Nenagh? Most Catholic records are held locally so you may need to write to the local parish priest for possible assistance. One website that you may find useful is the Irish Times where they give an overview of what records are available in specific parishes. It also shows you where copies of the records are available. For Nenagh parish, follow this link:
As you can see from the above link there are copies available at the North Tipperary Genealogy Centre. Here is their email if you would like to contact them, please note however that a fee may apply:
