Many thanks for your query.  Are you aware that the Clare County Library has a great website that is very useful for genealogy?  It may help you in narrowing down the parish that Mary O'Loughlan came from.  The website is www.clarelibrary.ie/genealogy.  You can browse through the Griffith's Valuation by surname or by parish.  In addition, there are lots of other useful links there---particularly donated material that you can also look through.
