Thomas's records indicate that he came from Kilmore, County Wexford. Throughout his life he always recorded Kilmore, Wexford as his birth place, so we believe Kilmore was very important to him. He states in 1868 that he is a shoemaker, were there other shoemakers in Kilmore at that time? He states that his fathers name is John Neil.
There is one record that states that his name is Nail, however from 1869 his is named Neil.
Can any one help us please?
