Transported on Almorah  from Waterford 1820: CONNOLLY, James - born 1800. Native Place: Amarghtown,  Cork.Convicted in Antrim for 7 years (? offence).   Married Bridget DOGHERTY (convict)Children:Mary Anne, Ellen, Henry and James.Height 6ft, Hair brown, Eyes blue, Complexion: sallow, freckled.1822 to 1825 Employed by G.L.D. WENTWORTH at Liverpool and Bringelly.1825 Employed by  Mr CHISHOLM at St Andrews near Minto.1828 Overseer to  Mr G Galbraith at Nerriga  St. Vincent.Circa 1832 at Argyle.No further verified information. Native Place listed on various records as Armagh, Armaghtown, Armagh County and also Cork so I am not exactly sure where.
