I am after information on the ancestors or living relatives of my grandparents who migrated to Australia from Dromore in the 1920's.
My Grandmother Sarah Jane Gamble was born in 1905 and had up to 8 brothers and sisters. Her parents names are Thomas Gamble and mother s Jane Gamble nee Gibson. They were not catholic. I believe they both lived into their 90's. There other children were Agnes, David, Lizzy, Robert Henry, Georgina, Maud and HIlda.
Georgina had 2 children Eddie and Tommie Hayes
My Grandfather James Ernest Spence was born in 1900 and his parents are James Spence and Jane Spence, nee Jardine.

Your Gamble family lived in Kinallen townland, Dromore parish. The 1901 and 1911 census records are below:

Your grandfather James Ernest Spence and his mother, Jane, were living with her parents and her siblings in Fedany (1901 census shows Fedney) townland, Garvaghy parish. Garvaghy is the parish south of Dromore. His father was not shown in the return so he was likely working somewhere else. I found James Earnest in 1911 in Fedany living with his grandmother Eliza Anne who was a widow. James has a sister named Margaret Jane. Not sure where his parents were.
