Looking for help

I'm trying to find as much information as I can about my great grandmother. Her name is Mary Gavin and from what little I found her birth was registered in Cappagh Killeroran Galway. I found her mother and fathers names assuming they were written right but it stopped there. Any suggestions as to where to go from here? Her father was a farmer apparently by the name of John Gavin and mother was Catherine Noone Gavin. Catherine was widowed and came to the states with the children.
