I am in the USA, searching for my ancestors. Here's the info I have so far:
Daniel Mangin - born in Clare, year unknown. He married Bridget Mulqueen, born in Clare in 1812.
Eldest Child was Paul J. Mangin, born in Clare in 1831. He married Mary Madigan, born in Clare in 1842. I belive they emigrated to the USA, taking Bridget Mulqueen with them - perhaps after Paul had died?
Danile and Bridget's other children were Mike, Mary, Ann, Honora, Catherine, and Tom. I do not have any birthdate or birth place info on those children.
Does any one have any information that matches up to this? Thank you!

Have you checked out the Clare county library website? The address is www.clarecountylibrary.ie. They have a very good genealogy section that might be able to help you narrow down your search results. You can look through the Tithe Applotment Books by parish and by surname. You can also look through the Griffith's Valuation books by parish and surname. If you can narrow down to a couple of parishes, it will be a lot easier to try to find the families. The Tithe Applotment Books are in the 1820s, and that would be a good place to start.
