- Annie Mary Dignan was born in 1849 or 1851 in Sligo and her father James Dignan born 1821, Annie is my great grandmother and came out to Australia and married Giuseppe Porra in 1876. I am seeking any information about Annie and her father James Dignan. It would be great to visit Sligo sometime in the next couple of years. Thank you for any information that you can provide.
